We are partnering with a multinational technology company in their search for a Customer Onboarding Specialist. This is a 15 month temporary role based in Central London offering hybrid working and a day rate of up to £142 per day for the right candidate. As the Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding customers, driving engagement and identifying customers at risk of churning. You will monitor onboarding health, identify risk leading to churn and build internal relationships with the internal sales team, product team and solutions consultants.
