What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering technical support and engineering tasks across a busy Windows environment, including: Reviewing Windows-related service requests and providing fast, accurate responses Using automation to build images, documentation, work instructions and server configurations Building and configuring Windows Servers (predominantly virtualised on VMware) Physical server builds and racking within secure data centre/computer room environments Updating and maintaining gold images, patching and upgrading Windows Servers Producing capacity management reports and attending engineering meetings Ensuring ...
