Utilise NetSuite functionality, AI tools and workflow automation solutions to minimise manual processes, reduce billing errors and improve invoice cycle times. Drive the implementation of automated billing workflows, recurring billing models, approval workflows … flow across the order-to-cash process. Lead process re-engineering initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency and improved customer experience. Establish metrics to measure automation success, process adoption and operational performance improvements.
