The service is integrated and is primarily delivered through health protection teams, Communicable Disease Surveillance Centre (CDSC); health protection programmes (e.g. healthcare associated infections, antimicrobial resistance … prescribing (HARP) immunisation and vaccine preventable diseases (VPDP), Blood borne viruses (BBV), sexual health, TB and Inequalities, and environmental health protection) and the microbiology laboratories and reference laboratories/specialist services. The post holder will provide information management and analysis support for the Blood borne viruses (BBV), sexual health, TB and Inequalities Team within the Health Protection Division.
