What you'll be doing Support the Incident Management Lead throughout the full incident lifecycle, including coordination of response efforts and maintaining detailed documentation. Organise and facilitate incident-related meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes, action items, and follow-ups. Effectively use platforms such as Everbridge, MetricStream, and CL360 for incident communication, data analysis, and reporting.
