You will be supporting clients in over 400 locations nationwide, the majority of whom are located in Oxfordshire. As an IT support engineer, you will be responsible for providing service and customer support primarily as remote support from the office, but on occasion you may also be assisting onsite. Your role will involve client support, configuration of hardware/software, repairs and preventative maintenance.
