years’ experience in AV or VC engineering roles Hands-on experience with VC systems, particularly Yealink, Logitech, Neat, and/or Poly Comfortable with structured cabling, mounting equipment, and network configuration Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Zoom Rooms Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability
