gather, manipulate and interrogate data from multiple sources and present it in a clear, usable format to inform decision-making across the organisation. Data Modelling & Insight Production Analyse trends, patterns and performance drivers across multiple data sets, including but not limited to arrears, repairs, voids, complaints, satisfaction, compliance, assets … financial indicators. Build analytical models to explore relationships, hotspots and opportunities for improvement. Develop scenario-planning tools (e.g., void turnaround, EPC uplift, service demand forecasting).
