We are seeking a high-calibre Quantity Surveyors to support our clients pivotal energy projects. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end commercial and cost control services for transformational projects that support the UK's energy transition strategy. The positions can be based in either Bristol, London or Glasgow and will consist on working on Renewable … Energy, Nuclear, Net Zero, Transmission and Distribution or Carbon Capture projects on a hybrid basis (3 days a week client site). Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle cost management across project lifecycles—from tendering and procurement through to contract negotiation, cost control, and final account settlement. Administer NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred), overseeing valuations, change control, and cost variance coordination. Provide robust forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of cost performance; ensure accurate and timely financial insights. Drive value engineering and cost optimisation strategies in alignment with project and client needs.
