You’ll lead research that puts people first—shaping accessible, meaningful services … deeply integrated. You'll work alongside designers, BAs, engineers and product teams to ground decisions in real insight. 💡 What you’ll be doing: Plan and lead end-to-end user research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases Use mixed methods (depth interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys) to surface insight Translate research into clear, actionable outputs—user journeys, personas, problem statements Guide backlog prioritisation and service decisions based on evidence Embed user feedback loops into agile delivery Communicate findings through reports, artefacts and stakeholder playback sessions Champion inclusive and accessible research aligned to GDS and WCAG standards Mentor junior researchers and help evolve the internal research practice 🧠 What you’ll bring: 8+ years in user More ❯
