We are looking to recruit an experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator/3rd Line Dynamics CRM Engineer. You will act as the SME providing 2nd & 3rd line support to the users of Dynamics CRM. You will responsible for the development of the implementation processes and delivery of Dynamics CRM upgrades. To be a success in this role you will be an SME on the support and administration of Dynamics CRM. You will ideally have both on Premise and Cloud experience administering and supporting Dynamics CRM. You will provide proactive support to ensure availability.
