The successful candidate will be working with a telecoms end client across various projects. Ideally we need someone to be based North of Scotland, so they are able to cover … SLAs, resolve build issues, and ensure smooth delivery of fibre projects. Drive continuous improvement by identifying non-compliance, managing corrective actions, and supporting training initiatives for supplier teams. Support network resilience and evolution by assisting with service restoration, evaluating new technologies, and carrying out specialist direct works when required.
