Assist in the layout and design of RF IC building blocks (e.g., LNAs, RF switches, tunable capacitors). Support transistor-, block-, and system-level simulations using industry-standard EDA tools. Set up and run verification flows (LVS, DRC, PEX) and maintain accurate records of results. Assist senior engineers with lab measurements and post-silicon evaluation.
