You'll ensure that ServiceNow aligns with business goals, delivers maximum value, and supports continuous improvement across IT and service operations. Working with strategic suppliers and a ServiceNow delivery partner, you'll oversee configuration, onboarding, and platform enhancements-driving innovation and ensuring the tooling supports a modern, efficient service management model. Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner for the organisation's ServiceNow platform, overseeing technical configuration and development. Lead the onboarding of suppliers and services into the platform as part of a multi-supplier (SIAM) ecosystem. Chair tooling and governance forums to prioritise enhancements and address issues. Work closely with suppliers to manage incidents, upgrades, and platform … and ITOM modules (IRM/SPM desirable). Experience configuring, administering, or implementing ServiceNow in an enterprise or multi-supplier environment.
