SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant - 12 Month Day Rate Contract. This role is with a brilliant client who employs over 3,000 people and they are looking for a SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant on a 12 month contract. This is a great opportunity to work with a Top client … on a 12 month day rate. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/ECP with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of ECP. Strong knowledge of Ireland and/or UK payroll legislation , statutory payments, and reporting. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration. Proficient in payroll configuration including schemas, rules, wage types … and PCRs. Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in ECP or SuccessFactors EC.
