Helix ITSM modules including: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Request + Knowledge. Design + build integrations with 3rd-party platforms via BMC Helix iPaaS and REST/SOAP APIs. Configure + maintain BMC Helix Discovery for CMDB population and CI relationship mapping. Implementing SLAs/OLAs, automation rules, escalation … policies, and approval workflows. Acting as technical escalation point, monitoring platform health + managing upgrades/patches. Other Tasks: BMC Helix iPaaS/Integration Service, AR System workflows, Filters, Escalations, Active Links + Smart IT configuration. Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash for automation tasks.
