We’re looking for a hands-on Reporting Analyst/BI Reporting Manager with expert Power BI skills to own our reporting, dashboards, and data models end-to-end. You’ll enhance our Power BI estate, build financial and operational reports, and deliver accurate, timely insights to support decision-making. This role suits someone who lives and breathes … working in a Microsoft cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain all Power BI datasets, models, reports, and dashboards . Optimise data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX measures. Design and build new dashboards to meet business needs. Manage daily/weekly/monthly data refreshes and troubleshoot issues. Build financial models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis). Produce weekly/monthly management reporting (KPIs, trends, variance analysis). Support external reporting for investors, lenders, and regulators. Create and improve Excel-based reporting models and automate manual tasks.
