Reporting to the ISV Technical Support Technical Expert (TX) you will manage the delivery of ISV support to all WSSE owned products, mainly: Managing the ISV Team to meet the WSSE proving/qualification needs: Managing WLF, e.g. input to bids, work allocation … performance management etc. Working with Head of WSSE and Head of ISV to aid ISV-WSSE alignment Providing ISV best practice to WSSE projects to enable successful design, development & delivery Test/Proving Planning: e.g. understand/input to customer needs and the system design/architecture from a proving perspective (including test bed needs), writing test plans and … proving instructions. Test/Proving Conduct: e.g. regular progressive assurance testing during software development, formal qualification testing, defect investigation, data analysis, external integration with customer/partners.
