As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients, handling … the full spectrum of technical issues from initial contact (Tier 1) through to more complex resolutions (Tier 2). You'll act as the primary contact for clients, providing support via Teams/Google Meet, email and the ticketing system, with ownership through to resolution. You will also carryout administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows … in the coming months. You'll be working on a shift based rota including overnight, with changing requirements due to demand.
