Strong data architecture experience in a commercial environment where data informs revenue, pricing, trading or marketing decisions. Excellent conceptual, logical and physical data modelling skills, including dimensional and event-based approaches. Experience with modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc), ELT patterns, APIs, events, streaming, batch integration … access and decision/outcome capture. Knowledge of privacy and security by design across multiple jurisdictions, including GDPR and related data protection requirements. Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and explaining architecture decisions in business terms.
