Business Analyst Location: London, UK(Hybrid) About the Role: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements with a focus on mobile banking applications and digital experiences. Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use Cases, and Mobile App User Stories. Mobile & Banking Expertise: Understand and bridge both core banking systems and mobile platforms, covering features such as onboarding, authentication, transactions, payments, alerts, KYC, and mobile security. Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between business units, UX/UI teams, mobile development teams (iOS/Android), QA, and IT to ensure alignment of mobile solutions with business needs.
