We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in ensuring successful user adoption, embedding new ways of working, and driving engagement across the organisation. This role will split your time between: SAP transformation delivery (50%) - leading and supporting change management for the council's S/4HANA programme, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and benefits realisation. Digital Services change delivery (50%) - managing change activities across the wider digital portfolio, helping to embed innovative technologies and continuous improvement initiatives across services.
