Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongleadership,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills,aswellashands-onexpertiseinSQL,PowerBI,anddatasciencetoolssuchasPython Team&WorkloadManagement LinemanagementresponsibilitiesforateamofBIdevelopersanddatascientiststosupporttheMI,datainsights,andadvancedanalyticsneedsofthewiderbusiness. Supportteamdevelopmentthroughregular1-2-1s,performancereviews,identificationoftrainingrequirements,andcreatingasharedlearningsculture. Throughyourteam,providebusinesssupportacrossthecreationofreportingdatasets,BIreports,dashboards,andpredictiveanalyticsmodels. Prioritisingrequestsandmanagementofteamworkloads,balancingshort-termreportingneedswithlonger-termdatascienceinitiatives. Ensurealldeliverablesarecompletedwithintimelinesandtohigh-qualitystandards. DeliveringQualityOfService Ensureregularcommunicationwithstakeholderssotheyknowthestatusandprogressoftheirrequests. EnsureallBIanddatasciencedeliverablesareaccurate,actionable,andmeetbusinessrequirements. Implementqualitycontrolandpeer-reviewmeasurestopreventinconsistenciesacrossalloutputs.
