Contribute to the product vision, roadmap and help define the value of a features and user stories. Works with scrum masters to create sprint and iteration goals to drive team performance. Ensures the team understands items in the team backlog to the level needed. Attends and actively participates in Team Ceremonies: PI planning, backlog refinement, discovery refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum calls, sprint demoes and sprint and iteration retrospectives.
