Own the WMS change control process — testing and implementing system updates, new features, and configuration changes. Process & Operational Support Analyse warehouse processes (goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, stock takes … system issues, escalating to Mintsoft support where required. Support onboarding of new fulfilment customers, including WMS setup, stock file uploads, and integration testing.
