In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams and leadership to create meaningful, lasting improvements through a focused, context-driven coaching model. Rather than embedding long-term, you’ll step into clearly defined coaching engagements with clear goals, enabling … your impact will be felt across multiple teams, helping to build self-sufficient, high-performing groups that deliver sustainable value. Key Tasks: Partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and leadership to define coaching goals and success criteria Coaching teams on Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with a focus on delivery flow and team dynamics Providing leadership coaching to foster servant leadership, empowerment, and organizational clarity Conducting Agile assessments, including team health checks and maturity diagnostics Facilitating workshops such as retrospectives, kickoffs, discovery sessions, and alignment workshops Supporting Agile process design, tailoring frameworks to fit team context and delivery objectives Guiding teams in outcome-based planning, OKRs, and effective backlog management Using regular reflection More ❯
