The Manager Data Center (MDC) is responsible for the management and performance of a data center site(s) and ensures the site(s) function(s) at the optimum performance and reliability; actively managing along the lines of the four pillars of our Operations Strategy: Service Excellence, Infrastructure Excellence, Sustainability and Governance, risk and compliance.
