Responsibilities: Provide IT support to customers through phone, email, remote tools, and face-to-face visits. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Support customers with common IT tasks such as setting up devices, installing software, and basic configuration. Help maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions in our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required. Contribute to building and maintaining knowledge base articles for common issues. Take part in customer site visits for installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. More ❯
