MainResponsibilities:BusinessSupportAssistant WorkingwithintheteamsinboxandyourownworklistyouwillbefollowingagreedprocedureswhenraisingordersusingBMS/SAP Liaisingwithrequisitioners/vendors/otherdepartmentstoresolvequeriesandissuesandprovidingguidanceonprocesses Chasingapprovalofinvoicesandconfirminggoodsreceiptforpayment Generalinformation:BusinessSupportAssistant Theteamisbusyandtheworkfastpacedandwillheavilydrawonyourorganisationskillsandyourproactiveapproachtoyourwork. Accuracy,numeracy,andtheabilitytomeetdeadlinesandworkunderpressureareessentialrequirementsofthepostalongwithexcellentadministrativeclericalskillsusingamethodicalapproachandworkingwithingbusinesssupportstandardsandprocesses.YoumustbecompetentandhaveexperienceinusingcommonMicrosoftOfficepackagesegTeams,Excelanddatabases,asdatainputtingisakeytaskyouwillbeaskedtocomplete. Trainingwillbeprovidedonallaspectsoftheroleandsystemsusedbyexperiencedcolleaguesinasupportiveandsafeenvironment. Thepostholderwillberequiredtocomplywithorganisationspoliciesandprocedures. Theorganisationhasanosmokingpolicy.Staffarenotpermittedtosmokeonanyoftheorganisationspremisesnorinanyvehicleusedonorganisationbusiness.
