What they're Looking For … Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, APIs). Background in data migration (e.g. MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica). Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance limits. Experience in agile delivery environments with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
