Principal Performance Tester - Shape & Lead Performance Engineering We're recruiting for a Principal Performance Tester to help establish and grow a performance testing capability at a fast-scaling tech business in the payments space. You'll drive strategy, design environments, and ensure systems meet demanding performance and scalability needs. The role: Define and deliver performance testing strategy (load, stress, soak). Design, build, and optimise performance test environments. Lead performance testing across APIs, web apps, and databases. Provide insight on risks, bottlenecks, and tuning opportunities.
