Center portfolio, primarily focused on new build projects. As a l eading contributor individually and as a team member, managing all aspects of the project life cycle through to successful handover. The work is often non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills … providing marked-up design drawings and budgetary financial figures. Carry out on site surveys as and when required. Completes VAR selection process to award project works by way of contract or RFP response. Controls project costs, reviews quotations, raises PO's and approves all expenditure; ensures contractual compliance.
