Role: Building relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating engagements and workshops, and coordinating contributions from multiple teams and stakeholders to support the timely production of programme deliverables. Drafting, maintaining and quality-assuring supporting documentation, including but not limited to strategy papers, evidence analysis reports, governance products, analytical summaries … progress meeting dashboards. Producing operating model artefacts and supporting materials, including process maps, RACI matrices, capability frameworks, stakeholder maps and governance models.
