We are currently looking for a new Contracts/Project Manager with industrial/commercial experienceto join us to oversee and manage our new build warehouse projects in Yorkshire. The contracts manager will be overall manager for specific projects. Reporting to he workstream manager, the Contracts Manager will manage site managers, direct labour and sub-contract labour. The role will include interfacing with equivalent managers in cost management, M&E, transport, distribution, procurement … combined installation and design and other internal departments as required.
