Technical Support Engineer

I am looking for a fast thinking, technically skilled Engineer to welcome to my clients team! My client are a Software Development company and you would be joining a small close-knit team. My client is looking for a really impressionable character who wants to hit the ground running, grow and really develop within their next company!

Working closely with a Senior Engineer within the company, this role will require an Engineer who is willing to tackle tickets they may not have dealt with in the past, and to learn from the Senior Engineer moving forward to tackle more advanced tickets.

Role: Technical Support Engineer
Salary: up to £30,000
Location: Leicester

Daily Duties:

• Providing technical support clients and end users.
• Tackling as many support tickets as possible, be an escalation point to the senior engineers when needed.
• Creating forms and templates for senior engineers.
• Occasional sales support.
• Collaborating with other Engineers to resolve technical issues.

Technical Skills:

• Experience within a Technical role previously, providing support to clients and end users.
• SQL Server & SQL Scripting
• Microsoft Azure / Entra ID
• JavaScript

Locations: Leicester, Anstey, Groby, Ratby, Glenfield, Cropston, Thurcaston, Birstall, Thurmaston, Leicester Forest East, Kirby Muxloe.
