Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship

During this apprenticeship you will be learning how deliver customer-centric IT support function. You will be contributing to the preparation for new or changed services, the maintenance of regulatory, the building and management of systems and components in virtualised and cloud computing environments and the monitoring of performance of systems.

Role

  • You will be contributing to the preparation for new or changed services
  • Assisting with the operation of change process
  • Contributing to the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards
  • The building and management of systems and components in virtualised and cloud computing environments

Training

  • You will be working towards an Information Communications Technician Apprentice Level 3 qualification
  • You will be required to attend college 2 - 3 times per month
  • The training provider is ESTIO Training
  • To work within our ever-growing IT team once qualified
  • Work on large technology related projects
