IT Service Desk Team Leader - London - £40K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting a leading healthcare organisation who are looking to on board an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader due to the continuing growth of the company. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in assisting their clients and internal staff with technical queries through carrying out a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote and client facing support. Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Service Desk, Desktop Support or similar role. 
• In-Depth knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures and strong understanding of the ITIL service life cycle.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Exchange Online, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office packages.
• Knowledge of service management tools. 
• Must have previous experience leading a team. 
• A strong ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

Location: London/on-site 5 days per week. 
Salary: £35 - 40K
