3rd Line IT Engineer - £35,000 - £42,000 p/a + other benefits

We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of 3rd Line IT Engineer. Join a leading IT solutions provider nestled in the heart of Edinburgh, where reliability meets expertise. This client specialises in catering to the IT needs of small and medium businesses, offering a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to ensuring seamless IT operations.

This full-time position will be based at our clients Edinburgh office (candidates MUST be able to commit to 5x days p/w in Edinburgh), where you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting, and serverless migration assistance. As part of this dynamic team, you will also engage closely with clients, offering proactive recommendations and mentoring junior staff members.

Role Criteria:

• +3 years' Technical support experience at 3rd line level
• +3 years in a Managed Service environment
• Proficiency in serverless migration
• Cisco networking expertise (CCNA certification preferred)
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• SharePoint migration experience
• Service delivery background
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
