IT Support Technician

My client is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established MSP with a long-standing track record with a large client base. This role will offer you variation on day-to-day tasks and a lot of hands-on technical experience. My client will also offer plenty of training and guidance along your career journey.

Technical Skills:
All the below skills are used in the role but aren't essential as full training is provided.
**Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD
** PC Hardware Faulting and Repair
** Windows XP up to 10/11 - Installing, Configuring and Maintaining
** General PC and Laptop troubleshooting
** Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
** Network Troubleshooting - Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches etc
** Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
** Back-up Technologies (Desirable)
** Virtual environment (VMs, VMWare, Hyper-V - Desirable)

Salary: GBP 25,000 - 30,000 DOE
Location: Scunthorpe (Office-Based with some flexibility)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
