BI Manager - SQL / Power BI Environment

We are looking to recruit an Experienced BI Manager / Team Leader who retains some hands on capability with SQL SSRS and ideally practical experience of implementing Power BI into busy BI team.

This is a role in which you can have a real impact. You will be leading a small focussed team of BI developers in a busy environment. There is a depth of knowledge and experience across the team. At present SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS are the main technical tools. Our client has invested in Power BI. Experience implementing Power BI into a Microsoft based BI team would be an advantage. Helping the BI team build their expertise and owning the key relationships within the business. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and product owners / business analysts to add real insight and value to the business. You will create the technical platform that enables greater self service use of Power BI for adhoc requirements and drive forward the stratigic iniatives that provide real business insight.

This a pivitol position in the BI team were you can materially improve the level of insight the business has into the organisation and their market.

This is a hybrid role and will require working for 2 days per week at our clients office in West Yorkshire.
