Apprentice IT Support Technician
Role
During your apprenticeship, you will:
- Provide first-line IT support to nurseries and central support colleagues via the IT helpdesk.
- Support the company’s operational IT infrastructure under the guidance of the ICT Director and senior IT technician.
- Ensure nurseries have reliable Wi-Fi and communications, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain records of IT support requests and activities.
- Assist in routine network maintenance tasks and hardware/software installations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver IT projects efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety policies related to IT equipment usage.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all tasks.
Training
Information Communication Technician Level 3 Qualification
English and Maths Functional Skills (if required)
