Head of Product

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to spearhead the development of our product offerings at the forefront of the digital assets rating industry. As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

   • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
   • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
   • Create and maintain a product roadmap that drives the successful delivery of new products and features.

2. Product Development and Management:

   • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
   • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional user experience.
   • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

3. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Expertise:

   • Leverage your deep knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies to inform product decisions and strategies.
   • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to anticipate market needs and opportunities.

4. Financial Services/Consultancy:

   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry experts, to gather insights and requirements for product development.
   • Provide strategic guidance and consultancy services to clients on digital assets evaluation, risk management, and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in product management roles within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and digital asset ecosystems.
• Experience working in financial services, consultancy, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
