ServiceNow Scrum Master

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This fully remote role requires a proactive and communicative individual with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog.
• Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, removing impediments and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Coach and guide the team in Agile best practices and principles.
• Track and report on team metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within ServiceNow environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects is a plus.
