The SAP ABAP Development Lead will lead a team of SAP ABAP Developers.

Skills Experience Required: 

• Leading SAP ABAP Developers - leading the SAP ABAP team, coaching & mentoring etc.
• SAP ABAP programming - extensive experience.
• Fiori/UI5 - Desirable knowledge.
• Managing SAP ABAP team & resources - aligned to development requirements.
• SAP ABAP Project Delivery - planning, execution & delivery of SAP ABAP development projects.
• SAP ABAP development delivered to - timelines, budget & quality standards.
• Conducting SAP ABAP Code Reviews.
• SAP ABAP Best Practices.
• Collaborating with Architects, Technical Leads, Functional, Project Managers & Business Analysts etc.
• Develop & implement SAP ABAP/Team Training plans - enabling technical/team development.
• Creating & overseeing - Code documentation, Technical Designs & Development processes. 
• Monitoring Performance & KPIs - measure SAP ABAP team productivity, code quality & project delivery. ABAP Team - Conducting performance reviews, coaching, mentoring & setting objectives. 
• Stakeholder Engagement - scoping & defining development requirements.  
• Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
• Evaluating & recommending new technologies & tools.  
• SAP Change & Transport Management processes - have an understanding.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
