Apprentice Business Administrator
Based in Sheffield , Pennine is one of the Leading Calibration businesses in the UK and quality is at the heart of its brand,
This role supports both our Accounts and Sales teams in their daily duties and responsibilities , you will become accomplished at a variety of book keeping skills including all aspects of Invoicing and Reconciliation.
Role
- Cash Reconciliation on a daily basis
- Invoicing customers using Quickbooks pro
- Chasing Debtors on Quick Books Pro
- Completing Sales Ledger daily
- General Admin daily
- Booking in stock for Calibration using QMS
- Booking out stock using Qsm
- Dealing with email enquiries and complaints
- Preparing deliveries and Parcels
- Using XL daily for management reporting
- Maintaining company Amazon shop.
Training
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
The role offers progression into a more specialised role.. Bookkeeeper, Purchase Ledger assistant, Customer Services Assistant, Logistics Assistant, progression to Team Leader.
