About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated IT Support professional to join a dynamic team. Ideally, you have experience in financial services or a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the chance to work directly with the Head of DevOps, engaging in direct end-user facing tasks and assisting with in-house problems related to MS Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to end-users and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with the DevOps team on Robotic Processes, AI, CICD pipeline, and Cloud initiatives
• Assist in-house teams with MS Azure Cloud-related problems
• Opportunity for upskilling and career advancement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT Support, preferably in financial services or a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in emerging technologies
