Software Support Apprentice
Are you wanting a career working with IT software? Are you brilliant at problem-solving and comfortable with lots of different IT software? Reality Solutions are looking for a Software Support Apprentice to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT and technical support for the company and potential clients.
Role
- Answering the line to our Software Support Customers
- Logging tickets and queries in our ticketing system
- Provide support to our customers using troubleshooting
- Take part in training and accreditations
- Escalating more complex queries to 2nd line
Training
Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician
- Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session at the Training Centre per week where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that are required, alongside enhancing your IT knowledge and capabilities. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship.
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
