Data Analyst Apprentice
The apprentice will support the Customer Service Section Manager and Customer Service Graduate primarily with regular reporting and data analysis, with the opportunity to input to the reporting transformation plan. This role will require a team player who will contribute positively and efficiently to the daily operations of customer services.
Role
- To run regular (daily / weekly) scheduled reports
- To support the Section Manager and Graduate with the overall reporting improvement plan
- Create new Salesforce (customer case management platform) reports and dashboards to monitor all customer case related data
- Purchasing portal administration and budget sheet maintenance
- Daily back office email inbox management
Training
Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT
- Training and training location to be confirmed
When individuals complete their apprenticeship, they will have the opportunity to apply for any other NMGB roles if they meet the pre-requisites.
