ICT Support Administrator - Apprenticeship
Sovereign Group Ltd in Nelson are recruiting for an ICT Support Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification.
Role
- Support of existing network and PC Installation
- Installation and set up of new hardware and software
- Upkeep of equipment inventory, network and IT documentation
- Maintenance of backup schedules and routines
- Help Desk and practical user support
- User training
- Upkeep of photocopies and supplies
- Supporting/Maintaining VoIP Telephone system
- ICT Procurement
- Maintenance of anti virus and disaster recovery systems
- Perform related duties as assigned
Training
- Work based learning.
- Level 3 Digital Support Technician.
- Functional Skills Maths/English.
- Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
