Talent Acquisition Assistant Apprentice
An opportunity to work as part of our Talent Acquisition team and work towards the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. You will use your developing skills to create material and digital assets to attract new talent whilst also providing administrative support to the team.
Role
- To support attraction and recruitment campaigns through assisting with creation and design of material and digital assets.
- To provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including responding to queries, preparing material for open days/careers events and maintaining records.
- To use several HR Systems such as Electronic Staff Record (ESR), reward, benefits and recognition platforms.
Training
- Upon completion, the apprentice will gain a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification.
- They will attend monthly, virtual training sessions with the training provider and recieve 6 hours of weekly off the job training time.
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a Band 4 position within the Talent Aquisition team.
